Your Practice Deserves a Partner...

We work together to find the level of business support that matches where you are right now, from someone who understands and has been there.

Hi, I'm Maddy! (she/her)

Running a private practice was never supposed to feel like two full-time jobs. But for most of us, that's exactly what it became.

You went into this work to help people. Not to spend your evenings buried in admin tasks, second-guessing your systems, or trying to figure out why the business side feels harder than it should.

I get it, because I've lived it.

I'm Maddy. A licensed clinical social worker, private practice owner, and the founder of Reed Assistance LLC. I know firsthand what it feels like to carry both the clinical weight and the business weight at the same time. It's a lot for one person. And most of us were never trained for the business side anyway.

In 2025, I started Reed Assistance to do something about that. I now serve as Executive Partner to women-owned and allied practices across the Midwest, including therapists, coaches, and medical providers. I'm not a VA or a consultant. I'm a working partner who carries the operational side of your practice so you can stay focused on your clients.

I work from a feminist, collaborative lens. That means no hierarchy, no handing over control. You keep full ownership of your practice. We work together toward your goals with the aim of building something sustainable, not something that slowly drains you.

Outside of work, I'm a Midwest mom of two boys, wife, and proud cat-and-dog owner. I'm an introvert who loves deep conversations but needs quiet time to recharge. I'm a reader, a hiker, a movie watcher, and someone who considers a cozy couch and a good book a perfect evening (especially when it rains).

I'm grounded, I'm stubborn in the best way, and once I'm on your team, I don't give up easily. If something isn't working, I will figure it out. That's just how I'm wired (Taurus/Eldest Daughter Energy).

I'm a secular, liberal, social-justice-oriented person, and that's not separate from my professional values. It's the foundation of them. I'm an ally, and I believe deeply that the people doing this healing work deserve real support.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to connect. Schedule a free discovery call below or shoot me an email at madisonflattery@reedassistance.com.

You can also find me on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

You shouldn't have to do this alone.

Warmly,

Maddy
